What is BNTA?

The BNTA was formed in the late 1930's and is a non profit organisation, running competitive night tennis fixtures in the Brisbane local government area. The BNTA is administered by a committee elected by the players and organises singles and doubles competitions on 4 nights per week on a year round basis, catering for all standards.Competitions are played on private courts which are hired from a number of sources including tennis centres, school courts and family residences.The BNTA is affiliated with Tennis Queensland and currently has around 1300 members playing in 241 teams.

Why Play Night Tennis for the BNTA?

The BNTA has been around for a long time and in terms of player numbers, is probably the largest night tennis association in Brisbane. It offers a wide variety of tennis competitions, standards, times and formats 4 nights a week. Being a non profit organisation, playing fees are also minimised.
